If the floors, rockers, and jack points are good, its worth the money. If those are shot, then you've got a big project on your hands and not worth it unless you really want to keep the car.
In person you can see how accurate the mileage is by checking wear on the steering wheel, pedals, driver's seat, etc. Overall, you can't get much decent in these cars for $1800 anymore.
