Well.. from drunks to mining.. that's a shift.. hah Andrew.. mine is in Arizona and once part of the largest gold production mining group of mines in USA. All were closed down at WW2.. or before..
Rich, If the ex wife touched it.. there would not be rattlesnakes in it still .. they would have left in professional respect.. lol.. The Ranch has a number of mines on it.. none currently working or expected to be. I don't want a mining operation further disturbing the place, so won't happen in my lifetime.. I get approached often by investment types wanting to tear big holes and make big messes with promises of riches.. not interested.. peace and quiet are worth more. The Ranch is about the size of Long Island.. only with no people.. I like it that way. Sign on front gate reads "Use of deadly force authorized beyond this point"... "Access by invitation only" so the welcome mat is out.. ;) If you walk in, pack a lunch.. it's 14 miles to the house from the front gate, only 106 F here today.. might take water also.. Grant...
