Wrong target, mao. The voting system isn't perfect but the real problem is
the electorate who are both mis-educated (which is worse than ignorant) and
greedy.
This gets back to my point of the "progressive" (liberal,
marxist/socialist/and the much more recent, though out of style
communist) takeover of the education system over the past 150 years.
they started out as socialists. Many socialist communities
(experiments) were tried in the USA, including the german Amana
colonies, the french icarian society and yes, even the first
pilgrims. They all failed because there is less motivation to work
for the collective than there is to work for yourself. After that,
marx came along, and it became known as marxism. in the late 1800s
in the us, since socialism and marxism were proven failures, they
re-labelled themselves as "progressives" then lenin murdered
millions instituting communism, then because that "ism" was
disgraced, they labelled themselves as liberals. In the post reagan
era, when the liberal title became unelectible, they renamed
themselves "progressive" again and took over the democrat party.
Throughout all this time, the target has been textbooks and
misguiding the kinder. This proves the wisdom of the Hawaiian
proverb I quoted in an earlier post. These people are in it for the
long game. to own and control all the sheep. Central planning by
the chosen few.
The control of schools and textbooks has been used to rewrite
history, misdirect the interests of the population away from watching
the gummit, growing the gummit, destroy the kirche, lower voter
turnout, take over social institutions (church heirarchies including
the roman catholic church, ywca, democrat party, PC, "gay marriage"
and on and on) flood the country with illegal jackass voters voting
illegally and other nefarious activities.
Parallel to the progressive political campaign over the past 120
years has been the operation of the unions. What used to be
tradesmen banding together to protect trade secrets and train up the
next generation through useful apprenticeship programs became
controlled by the "progressive" (liberal, marxist/socialist/communist
folks. for over 100 years, the unions have been used to brain wash
and "reeducate" the membership into slavish disciples.
The root cause is not the voting system, although clinton era
"reforms" to allow undocumented (illegal) voting through many means
has certainly corrupted the system nearly as much as the miseducation
of voters. (many means= voting in multiple precincts/states, voting
by felons/illegal aliens, voting absentee and then in person,
identity thieving, and who knows how many other methods) In the
precinct I worked in for last national election, there were so many
forms of fraud I could not comprehend them all. It was sickening.
Aside from the aforementioned, there were
1. people dragging in an incompetent, who then "asked" their
accomplice to vote for them. (this was allowed)
2. electioneering in the voting place
3. misdirecting voters of the "wrong" party to the wrong precinct
4. a party observer (lawyer looking for anyone to sue) working the
line of voters, misinforming and misdirecting voters deemed to be
possible voters for the "wrong" party to the wrong precinct, and
telling others to leave, that the line was too long and they would
not get to vote near the end of the day
5. election officials telling voters how to vote for their "right" party
6. a majority of voters who were unregistered All they had to know
was an address within the precinct.
7. busloads of people from who knows where registering and voting
Sadly, most of the corruption of the voting system is intentional by
one particular pol party.
Some say it is greedy to want to keep what you earn but I say it is
greedy to demand to get what someone else earned.
It is not only greedy to demand what others have earned, but immoral.
Less polite societies called it thievery.
