#1 boy went out of state and expended much capital, then dropped out due to an 
inability to play the university game.  He is now taking classes at a local 
venue.  Bright kid, but not street savvy enough to survive in a high pressure 
venue yet.

My opinion is that kids will be much better served by taking a year off to grow 
up and see the wide world.  No sure kidlet is of an age where she can be let 
loose.  Having an opportunity to allow the brain to catch up to the body and 
desires is gooder.  We used to ship boys off to the Army to gain maturity.  
They came back much better able to put forth the effort college requires.
