I'm not sure the there's a place for any bolts/screws - it's like a
bearing inside the center of the fan - I'm not positive JB Weld would
work either - I haven't used it much. I think I need to be sure not to
interfere with the balance of the fan. But I'll look at the extra fan I
picked up to see if I can find a way to secure it.
