I haven't has time to pull the wheels and clean the sensors. Running the car for 250 miles didn't clear up the issue either. I read that a low battery might have caused the issue so I am going to test the battery and alternator tonight. I am at work and was advised that my car had a muffled alarm noise coming from under the hood. When I checked there was a low alarm noise (varying in pitch, intensity and duration) coming from under the hood around the fuse box but I couldn't pin point it. It was sporadic and happened when the car was both off and with the engine running.
Suddenly it stopped about an hour ago. Any ideas on what this could be? Related to the ABS/ESP malfunctions? Battery issue? Where is the alarm siren located? Thanks in advance.
