Oxycontin (aka hillbilly heroin) or in a mix with acetominophen, APAP.
Percocet might also be some compound of it, I don't recall.

After the pills wore off, I found out that hydrocodone does make a
difference.
They just timed it so that the pills took over as the anesthesia wore off
so I didn't notice any benefit from the first dose. I took another dose as
soon as allowed at 6:30pm. That's long gone, and it hurts now, but not as
bad as it did yesterday on drugs, so I think I'm OK without it now. Can't
drive with the pills, but probably can't drive today anyway.
