If the motor really is siezed, he won't be able to make it run without a
LOT of work!

I had a rusted up M180 that would not turn with a big wrench on the crank. Took out the plugs and sprayed a half can of the magic mopar rust eater into each cyl. Next morning it spun like a top. So free it was scary.

If you do that, you have to be careful to get all the mopar stuff out the next day and lube the cylinders good. I like 90W Hypoid for cyl lube/storage.
