What does top tier fuel mean? I was given to understand it all comes from the 
same place...

When I was able to confirm that Costco sells Top Tier fuel I changed 
immediately. Their premium gas is consistently $.09-$0.12 a gallon cheaper than 
any of the Top Tier gas retailers (Shell, BP, Mobil).

And we like that they pay their employees a living wage.
