How is it that toada has not been sued out of existence for its
negligence? there are many companies that have been lawyered out of
existence for making good products that nobody knew at the time were
"dangerous". Johns Manville and many roofing companies come to mind.
Could it be that toada has immunity because it is a darling of the
liberal crowd? Darling of consumer's Reports? Or is that redundant?
