Use some concrete stain, you can get lots of colors and it won't come off

or exposed aggregate. If the concrete is still fresh, you can do
that with acid and a burlap bag (tater sack) Normally it is done
when the concrete is set but not hard. At that time you wash away
the top of the concrete to expose the aggregate.
If you use a washed river rock or pea gravel for aggregate, it can be
very attractive.
