Yea that's got to be it, sure was not as described to me by the seller, who said there were no warning or check engine lights on when I asked. It sounds like it's probably going to need a wiring harness and both the throttle actuator things replaced, the cost of the parts alone is well over the purchase price of the car. Still sort of wish I had not screwed around and missed it. Oh well.
