from the way things sound. A well adjusted mechanical governor shouldn't vary more than 3Hz at load changes, and that would be heavy loads. If it does, something is not adjusted properly or he's got fuel system issues.
Yeah, that mechanical thingy has holes and springs. I have no instructions
on how to set it up right.
