Thanks for the thorough reply Max!

Responses:

1. I do not want to make the airbags work. I just don't want to purchase a
replacement dash and have a big hole because I have no airbag to go into
it.

2. Looks like the 91-93 r129, 15 hole, 16x8 ET34 rims will work. They
should be pretty cheap and keep the stock look. Control arms have been
swapped to the r129 arms so they will not interfere with wider rims.

3. I will see if Dave Hendy has door cards etc. Thanks for that tip

4-5. Tail lights show NLA from MB and brake light also. I will check with
classic center. Used are $150 and I only need a right, so may just do that.

6. Thank you for the hitch info.

7. Maybe I can just grease the tracks but I think I need a regulator motor.

Other: yes it's a turbo 606 with 6mm element mechanical pump rebuilt by
bosch. Stock turbo and 14psi for now. It gets out of its own way and stops
impressively quick and has abs, which is what I wanted. Prob 200hp/300ftlb.
Suspension and tranny rebuilt. Needs cosmetic attention tho as interior is
a bit worn. I am not as familiar with w124 cars, hence the post.

Thx again,
K
