lines. There is no evidence of a rubber sleeve or anything else between the lines and the clamp. One of them is starting to wear into the line. Is this SOP for MB? I'm thinking of wrapping the steel line with Teflon pipe sealing tape (lots of it), or a strip cut out of a plastic bottle, or ???
There should be rubber. Try a short section of fuel line, split for installation. -- Jim
