Ok, I pulled the cover off and followed the legend...the only one that had some black spots on it was teh one in the far upper right corner a blue one...controls aux fan according to the chart. None of the others had any spots on them and all were intact....can they blow without any tell-tale signs? Now what?????

        Each headlight filament has its own fuse, including the fogs, that = 5
blown fuses. Highly unlikely. The sheet in the fuse box cover should
have the legend on it.
