There are two fuses because the window power supply is split left
front and right rear, right front, left rear, I suspect to reduce the
loading as both windows on the circuit are less likely to be in use at
the same time. MB thinking, they've been doing it for decades.
I suspect the burned wire is the + power for the windows and anything
else on that fuse buss -- you will need to find the short that burned
it up eventually.
