Don’t forget that Bob is in the land of low/no humidity.  With the desiccant 
effects of the climate, I doubt there’s much moisture in anything in that car.

That being said, I would still drain the fuel tank and replace with fresh fuel. 
 I doubt there’s much to worry about with the brakes, however.
