I got turned on to the foamy window cleaner when I started having my car windows professionally tinted. The ammonia in Windex will quickly destroy window tint, so it’s a BIG no-no.
No magic here, warm water and some old terrycloth washcloths do a great job of getting back to the original surface. You also don’t waste good cleaner like 303 to do something it really wasn’t designed to do, too. Lots of Q-tips for getting into those little nooks and crannies, too.
