Bad report! Bad report! #1 plug appears to be intact. I decided to measure the ohms and see if the filament was broken, it measured good. I decided to try twisting it a little to see how badly it was broken, and now it refuses to move again. Apparently it broke free a bit, and the big movement was misinterpreted by me as a break.
I've got all the remaining plugs soaking in penetrating oil from both side. Injectors for #1, #3, #4 and #6 are out and I've filled the pre-chambers several times each with penetrating oil. Changing the engine oil will sure be cheaper than paying someone to fix a broken plug, and it was just about due anyway. ------------- Max Charleston SC On Sat, Mar 12, 2016 at 11:47 AM, Max Dillon <dillonm...@gmail.com> wrote: > Status report. > > #1 has broken. > > #2 loose, threads out, carbon holding it but should come out. > > #3, #4 moving a little bit. > > #5 out and replaced.
