Kaleb, Does your have a round heating element in the bottom? I think mine does and it seems to add extra heat to the water. If I open the door during washing, it steams like crazy, so it's really hot water washing the dishes. Maybe there's a fuse blown on the unit or something. Mine is just a 110 unit with a regular plug that plugs into a prewired outlet under the sink. Hate to see you spend a bunch of money when it still might be something simple.
