Yup, at home.

I have only printed parts from patterns available on thingiverse, only (so
far) of PLA, the simplest material to use. I also have some PETG, which is a
stronger material with a higher melting point.

There is a learning curve here. There is an autodesk app for smartphones
that allows you to take a series of 40-50 images of an object from various
angles that are then uploaded to them. They generate a 3d image which in
turn can be processed by other autodesk software, then converted to machine
instructions for a printer. Or, a model can be made with various CAD
software from dimensions. Makerbot software (open source) can generate a
pattern to upload to the printer from a .STL file.

Printing is limited to some extent by lack of support from underneath,
although bridging of small gaps is possible. Work envelope maximum is about
6" X 6" X 9".

Maybe I could print some small objects that are NLA for my list friends.

This is in your house?
Will you do parts for us?
Did you do scan or make 3D model?
Dan and I have the same vintage espresso machine from 1975 and mine
does not have the tray and grid at the bottom. Dan can get me
dimensions and 3D model can be generated in autodesk.
Maybe?
Thanks.
