With usaa, you are kind of hosed unfortunately. They use some outfit called
clear channel (?) that does market research on auction prices, and they
offer you average auction price. It is completely out of line with ebay and
nada values. I have tried to work an agreed value policy with them, and
they have no such thing. The adjuster will come by and assess condition of
your car, so be sure to be there for that. If he says it is in great shape
then at least you have a good starting point for discussing it further. But
good luck getting usaa to agree to a nada value. Nada for a w123 wagon is
actually very close to real market, so that might be worth a look for your
124.
