I thought that the main point of negotiation would be actually _finding_ a comparable car for sale, ideally finding several examples, to show what actual market prices are.
After all, the point is being able to _replace_ the car (be made whole). Wilton's insco is USAA, but doesn't the other driver's insco play a role here? In addition, as far as a "buy back" offer, scrap metal prices are at record lows, so if Wilton is interested in that option, I would expect that price to be pretty low. Does anyone know how the insco will calculate that? ------------- Max Charleston SC _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
