One element of your description is missing.  BMI.  I sat at the
Judicial system today and was amazed at the huge people in my
neighborhood (county).  Bad BMI speaks to bad IQ, I think.  Perhaps
that does not pass the snobbish filter at the Snook firm, but... USA
can do better.
