Just woke up after getting home about 1:30 last night. Found not
much to report here east of Gainesville Fl. I left about 12 noon
on Fri to drive down to Orlando. Saw a couple of trees down near
the road going through the forest on 19 one that was blocking the
southbound lane but other then that there was only a bit of rain
with hardly any wind to speak of. Like Dan said earlier, We have
had thunderstorms that were a lot worse.
Spent yesterday from 4:30 PM to about 9:30PM serving beer at the
Oktoberfest in Avalon park. Lots of fun but was a little tired by
the time we got home last night after about 3 hours of driving.
Had a good time though coming back on 314 through the forest.
Lots of curves and not much traffic so 55-60 all the way.
