Just got back from a test drive. Sweet! Idles better or as smoothly as any of my vergassers. Almost no smoke on hard acceleration. Driving at speed seems smoother as well. Thanks to all who have assisted with this in various forms. Your help is greatly appreciated. Heck of a birthday present for me, too. Can't wait to get a tank of fuel through it to see if there's any effect on my mileage. Right now in a 50-50 highway/city I'm averaging 21.4 mpg. Best mpg I've ever gotten was straight highway on the trip home from purchasing, which was 25.4 mpg.
