I was impressed with how a 230 CCA $20.00 lawn tractor battery started the '83 
300D so easily. I was going to buy another and run two of them since the car 
doesn't get used much and I couldn't see the point in have a $100+ battery die 
of old age. Problem was that the battery tray would almost but not quite seat 
both of them. Being able to keep right on starting and driving if one battery 
died would be a big advantage IMO.
