United screwed up. I fly Southwest. In United's defense though, a lot of physicians, especially surgeons, are arrogant a$$holes, who think they can walk on water, their turds emit fumes of glory, and everyone around them, ESPECIALLY nurses, are beneath them, to be trodden upon as cobblestones for the elite. I suspect this particular Dr. was being a Richard.
I do realize this is a bit inflammatory. So be it. I also know there is at least one retired physician, and one physicians spouse and parent on this list that can either confirm or deny what I said.
