Hey Curt,
Well he plans to put it back on the market this Spring-I will watch
post. He seems wedded to the price-or his wife does. My guess is that
1200 would take it before he gets it out of the barn this spring. Also
needs brake work-

Hi Dwight welcome back.

I also looked at that CD but didn't drive it. Based on what Dwight
says and I saw for $800 it'd be a pretty good car, for any more the deal
declines rapidly. I think the light blue is one of the nicest colors
I've ever seen on a car, thats what my wagon was and I was sorely
tempted with that CD.

Around here in New England 300CD's do seem to be rare. Fellow lister
John Peterson and I found one-a good 15 foot car-but had window seal
issues, trany had shift and slip issues-some of the slip may hve been
due to dragging brakes. Could be had for about 1500. It is stored in a
heated garage. Seems to be not quite pristine ecnogh for a collector
and
too many mechanical questions to be a cheap dialy driver. But it is a
sweet looking car-baby blue,no visible rust from 10'. Could be a good
project though for the right owner. Nice to be back on the list. Dwight
