MS is better. no restrictions, $25 for a plate for 25 years. Car has to be 25 years old. Dunno about mfg year plate. Some have them but I never investigated the rules/cost.

So what I'm hearing is I need a ramshackle cabin in the middle of Nowhere,
WA that has a property tax of $5 a year, but offers me a "Home Address"
then I can plate the car with "Only drive this once, maybe twice a year
plates" permanently ... and drive as much as I want here in Indiana. :)

(Which wouldn't actually work anyway, we have laws about the length of time
you can drive an out of state vehicle before you must get IN plates, but I
digress.)
