I have the number for community tire:  800 444 2984
Their delivery is wholesale only.  If you have a business or can make a 
deal with the corner gas station, you should be able to get delivery within 
their radius.  (will need a sales tax number)  I think they also have some 
retail stores, so if your only choice is to deliver to a home address, you 
can still ask them about shipping.
