Not exactly true, an active user community is what allows you quick answers to questions. A quality OS means you won't have that many problems.Other than a couple user questions (like trackpad shortcuts) I found the Mac easy to pick up. I've got a new Macbook Pro on order through my employer, it ought to be in any day now, I've only been waiting 6 weeks. Yay IT... -Curt
