Alton Brown says you should sprinkle grapefruit with sugar and bake it to
convert the sour taste into something better. It sure looked good on the show,
I've never tried it...

I never understood the attraction of grapefruit. They taste nasty to me. Have
since I was a kid and my folks had the funny two pronged knife (or whatever it
was) to section them up.
