Not a Boeing plane, but a real workhorse designed by guys in white
shirts and WIDE ties, in the early 1950s, with slipsticks, is the
Lockheed C130. This design is surely older than anyone flying it now
(in the military) with the first fight on 3 August 1954.
I regularly see them flying and they are still impressive.
