Cheetah (or budget generic) is a 5 gal tank with w/ a 1.5 in pipe and ball valve. The pipe is flattened at the end, which you insert between the rim and bead. It helps to use a cargo strap too. You pump up the Cheetah tank to 100-200 psi (varies), put the nozzle between the bead and rim, and slam the ball valve open. At the same time you run compressed air through the valve stem (with core removed) using a clamp-on (or screw on) air chuck. The expanding air pushes the tire wall out until it "catches" and the tire begins to fill. Of course, lubricate like any other tire mounting.
