That can be dangerous. When we bought the blue 200D in Hawaii Kai
(High end) I put a different head on it while it was parked on the
street, and we drove it away. The guy kept calling me up and making
threats.
It is safer to at least pull in on a chain out of the PO'd PO's sight
before fixing it.

Or, if you want to watch the previous owner's jaw drop, hit it with a
cordless sander and drive it away.
