Getting a new roof today, courtesy of my insurance company. Going to be good for another 30 years and +130 mph. $18,000+ for the bill, nearly all paid for by my insurer. I think my out of pocket will be less than $1,000. Thank goodness, as I was really dreading having to put a new roof on this place, as the time was drawing near.
