Thanks, that was written into the contract. In fact, their guys are “sweeping” the yard right now for nails and other detritus that might have come off the roof during the tear-off. The shingles are going down as I compose this, The last area they’ll sweep is the driveway and the street once they’re done and the trucks are pulled off the property.
