Well...yeah! A modern firearm in decent condition doesn't fire without a 
trigger pull. If the weapon was one he was authorized to carry (whether 
personally owned or government issued) it would have been checked by someone 
competent as a part of the authorization. This injury was caused by multiple 
judgment errors by this fool.

Yet another black eye for the FBI.

Video looks as though he pulled the trigger when he grabbed for it to 
pick it up.
