I ordered a bunch of cheap electronic components, first attempt at
payment looked like it was accepted then rejected. Tried the order
again with a different CC, same thing but then a message saying I had to
make a copy of my DL and CC and send it to them to verify my identity.
Seems a little sketchy.

very slow boat, that landed in Kenya a couple months later, and the
cargo was forwarded to Kampala we ordered. The local guy acted as
importer and paid the duties.
