Many cars need 10-15 PSI supply, so typically I would expect <20
PSI.  I think if it's under 50 PSI it can be considered "low
pressure".

About the bleed screws - think of them as a valve.  Open the
bleeder to pump fluid out or in.  Close it to seal.
