Ha! Not many can do that (take a cold shower). Glad to hear that the plumber got your water heater going again.
This summer we rented an Air BnB for a couple weeks, the water heater was REALLY small so I recommended "Navy" showers to SWMBO and SWMBette and they got it down pretty quick. Water on long enough to get wet, then off while you lather up. Water back on to rinse off the soap and then off as quick as you can.
