Yesterday was a success, dry feet, water beads off the boots nicely and I 
think that the leather feels softer than before overall a success. I'll know 
more in a couple weeks when I go to deer camp, a week in the bush is a good 
test...

That was me.  I still haven't mixed up a batch.

Nice!  Wax to keep out the water, oil to keep the leather happy.
I'm glad it seems to be doing something helpful.

And that's the real test - does it keep the water out?  And is the
leather staying flexible?
