Correct, I don't believe they sold any turbo W123 in Europe.

VIN says it has a 717.400 (5 speed Getrag) and 617.912 (NA).
It also says the color is Silberdistel.
A fellow on superturbodiesel forums was trying to sell a transmission,
flywheel and clutch for $2500 including overseas shipping to USA a
couple of years ago.
