Semis are allowed to run 34k on a set of tandems, so with at least 1000lb is hitch weight, you can do it with 8 semi trailer tires. If you put 20% on a fifth wheel, 8 semi tires will do it easily. Which brings us to the next question, how do you put 15-25% of 35k on a pickup hitch? Is this pickup the four ton model?
