Yup, I have never seen one in an older car. What year did they start putting them in? 86?

My 201s have them starting in 1984. The units used in later models ('89+) seem much more robust. I've put newer (but still used) ones into several of my cars and that's worked well. Some minor modification MAY be necessary to put later displays into earlier 124s. Not sure about 126s.
