I may have misinformed you, but I thought the "High Definition" lenses were 
personalized.
That sounds like buying normal bifocals. 
Perhaps somebody who has high definition lenses from elsewhere can fill us in, 
or maybe one of us can contact a high end optician for the sales spiel.
