That is good news, far better than dealing with stripped threads or worse. I'm beginning to wonder if keeping a spare spring in my OM60x cars wouldn't be a bad idea. I've heard several stories about these springs breaking, not terribly common but would be very inconvenient if it happened on the road and far from a parts source. ------------- Max Charleston SC
