I sang in choirs when I was in college. I was never any good, but could sing
2nd. bass in 8 part, so in demand anyway.

G: I found a pretty detailed bio on Monroe and saw nothing about a throat
injury.

The only explanations I can think is my own defective memory or the
imagination of an early publicist who was trying to make Monroe stand out from
the crowd.

G: Roho is one of a kind; one of the best play on words ever.

P.S. Any singers in the Mercedes group; professional? amateur? choir?
barbershop? popular? or other?
